Emilio’s Paella
Emilio’s Paella is a Market favorite! Emilio himself prepares homemade seafood paella fresh at the Market every Sunday, complete with lots of smiles and jokes for the crowd. His perfect combination of rice, fresh seafood, vegetables, and spices, is absolutely mouthwatering. It’s also the perfect meal to take home for dinner!
In addition to Paella, the talented chefs at Emilio’s booth prepare fresh Gazpacho and Bocadillos. These delicious vegetable soups and Spanish sandwiches are also a huge hit and the perfect meal to satisfy your taste buds (and your tummy!)

Truffle is an absolute treat who will add loads of richness to anyone’s life. This 5-year-old cutie is elegant and always dressed to impress in her black and white. Truffle’s smooth and gentle ways enhance any moment and it’s hard to not come back for more. She’s a true delight waiting to be paired with perfect companion. She weighs about 6 lbs.
She can’t wait to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. Her adoption fee is $122. She has been altered and is up-to-date on all of her vaccinations. As with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, she is micro-chipped for identification.
Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6523 Helen Woodward Way in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open daily Monday through Friday 12 to 6 p.m.; Saturdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last application accepted 15 minutes before closing).
