Glutenus Maximus Bakery
Glutenus Maximus is a waffle shop/bakery started by a father and son team in San Diego, California. It began at farmers markets and promptly cultivated a following of loyal waffle lovers. Soon after the waffle gospel spread and demand for flavor salvation grew locally, it became evident that the experience of the waffle could not be contained and needed to be shared with the world.
Liège waffles are a revelation of flavor and texture. Essentially, they are a buttery brioche waffle that has been tastefully studded with light yet crunchy pockets of Belgian pearl sugar. Glutenus Maximus aims to bring you the best of what Liège Waffles have to offer with a focus on top tier ingredients and a no rush process.

Teddy Can Be Your Little Bear!
Teddy is a cuddly 6-month-old Domestic Short Hair blend who loves to roll around and seek scratchies from you. He has such a sweet personality that he will make the perfect cuddle buddy. He is a great little lad to have by your side who has a lot of love to give to his person. Teddy is a curious fellow who loves to explore and is a very playful little bear! He will make the best little companion!
He is waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. His adoption fee is $145. He has been altered and is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. As with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, he is microchipped for identification.
Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information call 858-756-4117, option #1 or visit animalcenter.org.
