Emilio’s Paella
Emilio’s Paella is a Market favorite! Emilio himself prepares homemade seafood paella fresh at the Market every Sunday, complete with lots of smiles and jokes for the crowd. His perfect combination of rice, fresh seafood, vegetables, and spices, is absolutely mouthwatering. It’s also the perfect meal to take home for dinner!
In addition to Paella, the talented chefs at Emilio’s booth prepare fresh Gazpacho and Bocadillos. These delicious vegetable soups and Spanish sandwiches are also a huge hit and the perfect meal to satisfy your taste buds (and your tummy!)

Helen Woodward Animal Center Pet Of The Week
Clayton is a True Gift!
He’s sweet, fun and exactly what you want this holiday season. Clayton is a 16-month-old domestic short hair blend with a lot of personality. He quickly warms up to new friends even though he appears timid at first. After a few minutes in his company, Clayton shows off his cuteness, quickly asking for chin rubs and playtime. With his adorable black and white coloring, he’s ready to be wrapped up in your arms! He’d make a great holiday addition to any family
Clayton is waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. His adoption fee is $139. He has been altered and is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. As with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, he is micro-chipped for identification.
Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6523 Helen Woodward Way in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open daily Monday through Friday 12 to 6 p.m.; Saturdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last application accepted 15 minutes before closing).
