Helen Woodward Animal Center Pet Of The Week
Meet Darla: A Darling Addition to Any Family
When Darla the chihuahua blend walks into a room, she easily melts hearts with her tail-wagging at full speed as she greets everyone. This 3-year-old Chihuahua blend is Helen Woodward Animal Center’s Pet of the Week, and has a huge heart for her small 13-pound frame. Darla came to us from a rescue partner in Central Valley and upon her arrival at the Center, she gave birth to a litter of puppies who have all since found homes. Now it’s her turn! Darla loves to socialize with people and could spend a whole afternoon curled up in a lap and be completely content. She has beautiful soft Brindle fur, loves to be pet, and would make a darling addition to any family.
She’s waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. Her adoption fee is $320. She has been altered and is up-to-date on all of her vaccinations. As with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, she is micro-chipped for identification.
Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6523 Helen Woodward Way in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open daily Monday through Friday 12 to 6 p.m.; Saturdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last application accepted 15 minutes before closing).
