Emilio’s Paella
Emilio’s Paella is a Market favorite! Emilio himself prepares homemade seafood paella fresh at the Market every Sunday, complete with lots of smiles and jokes for the crowd. His perfect combination of rice, fresh seafood, vegetables, and spices, is absolutely mouthwatering. It’s also the perfect meal to take home for dinner!
In addition to Paella, the talented chefs at Emilio’s booth prepare fresh Gazpacho and Bocadillos. These delicious vegetable soups and Spanish sandwiches are also a huge hit and the perfect meal to satisfy your taste buds (and your tummy!)

Helen Woodward Animal Center Pet Of The Week
You’ll Be Fur-tunate to Have Finch!
Your soul will sing like a bird when you see this gorgeous Finch! With her cute, floppy ears and playful personality, she’s sure to steal your heart. This 4-month-old Curr blend is very affectionate and will love to be by your side, giving you endless cuddles! She is the sweetest and most affectionate puppy you will ever meet! Finch does have a lot of puppy energy and will need an active family to help her release her zoomies outside a big yard and go on long walks or hikes. Finch will bring pure cheer and contentment to your life, as her spirit animal represents joy.
She is waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. Her adoption fee is $499. She’s been altered and is up-to-date on all of her vaccinations. She is microchipped for identification as with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center.
Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information call 858-756-4117, option #1 or visit animalcenter.org.
