Lisa is Waiting to be Chosen!
After raising a litter of 5 kittens, sweet Lisa is finally ready for a home of her own. This 13-month-old Tabico has spent her young life caring for her babies, and now it’s her turn to be loved!
Lisa is a gentle soul who takes her time getting to know new people. When visitors pass through the cattery at the Center, she often retreats to a quiet corner, watching with curious, cautious eyes.
It’s easy to mistake her shyness for standoffishness, but those who take a moment to sit with her, speak softly, and offer a kind hand are rewarded with the warmest gift: trust. Once she knows she’s safe, Lisa transforms into a total lovebug. She’ll greet you with gentle pets and make muffins with her cute paws. This girl has a heart full of love and she’s just waiting for someone patient and kind to see it! All her babies have found loving families. Now Lisa is hoping someone will choose her.
Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open seven days a week; Monday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information call 858-756-4117, extension #1, or visit animalcenter.org.
