Aliza’s Honey

About Us

Since 2008, our family has been dedicated to providing safe and humane live bee removal services throughout San Diego, CA. It all started just as a hobby – we have always been passionate about helping to save the bees, and my husband Mike began doing live bee removals to help bees thrive, because sadly at the time, too many companies around us were simply exterminating them. We kept hives in our backyard to just have a taste of beekeeping. Back then, I ran a cleaning business and I would gift my customers a bottle of homegrown honey, which everyone loved. We had friends over to see the bees and taste the fresh, out-of-the-hive honey.

Fast forward to the present, we now have over 500 hives in five different areas around San Diego. Nothing goes to waste in our little ecosystems, and we are proud to have created an extensive line of honey and beeswax products.

Our mission is to rescue and relocate bee colonies from home and businesses to other carefully selected locations across San Diego. The products we offer are a natural byproduct of the hard work of those bees. Our honey is solely derived from the colonies of bees we rescue from all over San Diego County.

By choosing our products, you’re not only enjoying the purest honey and beeswax goods, but also experiencing the many benefits that beeswax brings to skincare products. Thank you friends for supporting us on our journey, and together, we can save the bees and delight in fantastic honey!

Isabella is Waiting for You!

Our cattery’s 3-year-old black cat superstar, Isabella, is patiently waiting to meet you! Her favorite rooms in the Center are the kitty play rooms. She loves chasing mice plushies and will sit mesmerized by yarn dangling in front of her face.

When she’s in her element, Isabella makes sure to include all of her humans in her fun. She’s quick to go up to strangers and bunt their hands with her face, and she’s not afraid to demand pets! Then, when she gets tired out, she’ll snuggle up to her people, purring all the while.
