In 2012, driven by their love of fresh food, farmer’s markets, and the comforting Italian meals they grew up eating, Tina and Eric started the Close To Home Pasta Company.
Eating great pasta was something that had been passed down through the generations in both of their families; however, making great pasta, has its varied opinions and secrets on what makes it best. Tina and Eric took bits of wisdom from their family recipes, and all of their passion for good food, and set out to craft a high quality pasta for everyday meals. Through lots of hard work, hours and hours spent in the kitchen, and a lot of laughter and joy, the recipes and ethos of Close to Home came to be.
At Close To Home Pasta Company, we make pasta the way it’s supposed to be made. The way you would make it. The way your grandma made it. It starts with 100% semolina — no fillers, no bleached or white flours — infused with fresh vegetables and herbs to impart amazing flavors. Handmade with love and care. And that’s where it ends. Bagel the Beagle Takes a Bite Out of Life!
Bagel the Beagle blend is bursting with curiosity about the world around him. He’s got deliciously soft ears that he loves to have scratched while he drifts off to nap after some hearty outdoor exploring. His classic puppy-dog-eyes will melt your heart and his sweet personality is sure to pick up your spirits if you’ve had a “crumby” day. Come meet this treat of a two-year-old today!
Bagel is waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. He has been altered and is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. His adoption fee is $311. As with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, he is micro-chipped for identification. As an added bonus, he also comes with two free passes to Sea World.
Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open daily Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 6pm; Fridays from noon to 7pm; Saturdays 10am to 6pm; and Sunday 11am to 6pm (last application accepted 15 minutes before closing).
