Japanese Knives Select

Japanese Knives Select (JK Select) offers carefully selected and truly hand-forged kitchen knives directly from master blacksmiths. Each blacksmith uses the techniques that have been passed down to them generation after generation, dating back to the era of katana-sword forging! All the knives are exclusively distributed by JK Select. This is where you can experience and truly realize how one knife can make cooking so much more fun and efficient.
JK Select also offers engraving services (name, short message, corporate logo etc.), sharpening services and sharpening lessons, as well as shipping. If you are looking for a good knife for your kitchen or great gift ideas, just stop by the JK Select booth and say hi to Krista and Ichi this Sunday!

Helen Woodward Animal Center Pet Of The Week
Don’t Get Spooked! This Kitty is ALL Love!
It’s true; you’ll get a real shock when you meet Spooky, but only because of how adorable and fun he is! This eight month old black and white cutie has been working on his “tricks” (incredible playing and snuggling abilities) and can’t wait to be your “treat” this season! Spooky is sweeter than any candy this Halloween.
He can’t wait to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. His adoption fee is $126. He has been altered and is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. As with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, he is micro-chipped for identification.
Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6523 Helen Woodward Way in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open daily Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. (last application accepted 15 minutes before closing).
