Join Helen Woodward Animal Center at the Rancho Santa Fe Farmers Market on February 11th for the most “paw-thentic” Fat Tuesday celebration this side of the Mississippi!
Dress your pup in Mardi Gras themed costumes and connect with Center adoptable pups, alumni and revelers of all ages, breeds and creeds as we celebrate the festive occasion with a Doggie Gras pet parade. You can create your own parade “float” from a spare stroller or wagon.

Linus Just Wants to Be One of the Gang!
Linus is looking for a crew! He’s a 15-month old domestic medium-hair blend with long, stately whiskers and a purr you can hear from across the room. Like his Peanuts character namesake, he enjoys a warm blanket and will be endlessly loyal to his best friend. At nearly ten pounds, he is full-grown and full of love. Come meet him today!
Linus is waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. His adoption fee is $82. He has been altered and is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. As with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, he is micro-chipped for identification.
Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open daily Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 6pm; Fridays from noon to 7pm; Saturdays 10am to 6pm; and Sunday 11am to 6pm (last application accepted 15 minutes before closing).
