Bread in Jamul

About Us

We are an artisan micro-bakery from Jamul, east of San Diego, using Jamul mountain water to bake gut-nourishing sourdough with pure and organic ingredients. We use traditional long fermentation, in order to bring out deep, complex flavors in our bread. Each of our loaves boast a beautifully blistered crust — golden, crackly, and full of rustic character. Inside, the crumb is tender and airy, with just the right amount of chew. Made with organic flour and wild yeast, our bread has a balanced tang and a naturally sweet depth that can only come from time and care.
